Denial of adjustment of status and waiver of inadmissibility is affirmed where the court has no jurisdiction to consider the merits of discretionary determinations by an IJ and the BIA, and a motion for a stay of the voluntary departure period is denied where the court has no authority to reinstate the voluntary departure period after it originally expired.
