Sentence for conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine and heroin are affirmed where: 1) the sentencing judge recognized that sentencing guidelines were advisory; 2) judges do not have to explain why lesser sentences are inadequate; 3) the court ruled on all material disputes incident to sentencing; and 4) the sentence was reasonable.
