Stoll v. Principi, 05-2483

Dismissal of suit involving discrimination by a government employer is affirmed where a government employee's election to pursue a mixed case before the Merit Systems Protection Board obliges her to follow that route through to completion, to the exclusion of any other remedy that originally might have been available.
