U.S. v. Thompson, 05-1824

Conviction for conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute over 500 grams of cocaine is affirmed where: 1) a reference to defendant's exercise of his 5th Amendment rights was isolated and not prejudicial; and 2) there were no erroneous admissions of evidence.
