Conviction for fraud and obstruction of justice is affirmed over defendant's claim that the lack of his signature on a jury trial waiver violated the Sixth Amendment where the defendant's presence and failure to object during discussion of the waiver rendered the waiver knowing, voluntary and intelligently given.
