United States First Circuit

Conviction and sentence on fraud and financial charges are affirmed where: 1) the evidence supported the conviction; 2) the prosecution did not violate Brady v. Maryland by failing to notify defendant of statements by a co-conspirator; and 3) supervised release conditions did not warrant a remand for resentencing in light of U.S. v. Booker.
