Dismissal of suit over an employer's disciplinary actions is affirmed where: 1) the case was moot, since the employer abandoned the disciplinary actions and the exact circumstances were unlikely to recur; and 2) a claim for withheld benefits came under state law and was properly dismissed when the federal case became moot.
