Fontanez-Nunez v. Janssen Ortho LLC, 05-1854

Summary judgment for defendant-employer in an employment discrimination claim is affirmed where: 1) most of the alleged discrimination was time-barred; 2) plaintiff produced no direct or circumstantial evidence that he suffered from age or gender discrimination; and 3) claim of a hostile environment was not so severe as to be actionable.
