Conviction for possession of a firearm while subject to a domestic restraining order is affirmed where: 1) towing of defendant's car was appropriate under the community caretaker exception; 2) the terms of the restraining order sufficiently match the statutory language; and 3) there was no merit to defendant's constitutional claims.
