Denial of asylum is affirmed where: 1) inconsistencies in the petitioner's statements went to the heart of his asylum claim; 2) the discrepancies bore a legitimate nexus to the adverse credibility finding; 3) the court considered other measures of credibility; and 4) there were no convincing explanations of the discrepancies.
