United States First Circuit
Boakai v. Gonzales, 05-1961
Petition for review of BIA denials of motion to reopen and relief under the Convention Against Torture is denied where the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the case under the REAL ID Act because petitioner did not exhaust the administrative remedies for his constitutional claim, and raised only issues of fact in his other claim.
