U.S. v. Sagendorf, 05-1991

Sentence for trafficking in counterfeit goods is affirmed where: 1) the defendant waived one argument in a request for a remand; and 2) the district court's explanation for not departing from the sentencing guidelines was plausible and the resulting sentence was reasonable.
