Valdizan v. Rivera-Hernandez, 05-2215

Denial of summary judgment for defendant in a political employment discrimination case is reversed on grounds of qualified immunity where the plaintiff occupied a policymaking position, thus his dismissal for political reasons did not violate the First Amendment.
