General Motors Corp. v. Darling's, 04-2281, 04-2282

Judgment in a dispute between an automobile manufacturer and dealership is affirmed where back charges by the manufacturer are legal, but must take place within a statutory period, and where the dealership's counterclaims were not supported by the statutory language.
