U.S. v. Perez-Gonzalez, 04-1104, 04-1105, 04-1204
Convictions arising out of a riot at a US naval base are affirmed over numerous evidentiary, procedural and constitutional arguments where: 1) the trial court was within its discretion in admitting certain evidence; 2) substantial evidence supported the convictions; 3) jury instructions and screening were adequate; and 4) there was no double jeopardy.
