United States First Circuit

Denial of defendant's motions in a case of armed robbery involving controlled substances is affirmed where: 1) a no-knock entry was reasonable, even without a no-knock warrant; 2) the court's refusal to sever counts did not result in abnormal prejudice to the defendant; and 3) there was sufficient evidence for the jury to return convictions.
