Denial of prisoner's habeas corpus petition is affirmed where admission of certain testimony was not an unreasonable or contrary application of the law surrounding the Confrontation Clause, and where the ultimate judgment was not an unreasonable or contrary application of the Bouie "foreseeability" standard.
