United States First Circuit
U.S. v. Decicco, 05-1645, 05-1766
Conviction on four counts of mail fraud is affirmed where there was no plain error in the conviction since the indictment by the grand jury spoke in general terms and encompassed the theory ultimately put forth by the prosecution, the prosecution's closing did not violate a court order, and the admission of certain testimony did not constitute an abuse of discretion.
