United States First Circuit
Colon-Santiago v. Rosario, 05-1238
In a case for damages under the 1st, 5th and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution arising out of employment terminations, grant of summary judgment for defendants was partially reversed, where the district court did not squarely address the issue of politically-motivated harassment and termination, and partially upheld, where plaintiffs did not have a property interest in their new positions.
