United States First Circuit

Ramirez v. Sanchez Ramos, 05-1798

The district court properly dismissed plaintiff's facial and as-applied First Amendment challenges to the Puerto Rican Riot Act since the plaintiff had no standing to challenge the statute on its face and the as-applied challenge was rendered moot by the dismissal of all criminal charges against her.
