The IJ rationally concluded that the government, relying on evidence of changed country conditions, rebutted Petitioner's presumption that Petitioner retained a "well-founded" fear of future persecution, where 1) the IJ was not rationally obliged to accept petitioner's inference that the threat of political persecution continued; and 2) the IJ was not obliged to accept, either as compelling or as an inference, that a new democratically elected government would continue to treat Petitioner's renewed peaceful opposition with the repressive brutality of the of the former regime as compelling.
