Goodwin v. C.N.J., Inc., 04-2050

Appeal from summary judgment for defendants on a claim by plaintiff, an independent carpet installer, under the Americans with Disabilities Act against a retailer of carpeting is dismissed in part where a claim for injunctive relief was moot, and summarily affirmed as to claims for pecuniary damages and attorneys' fees.
