Defendant's conviction for distribution of crack cocaine is affirmed over his claims of error that: 1) he was denied due process by reason of the state's destruction of certain evidence; 2) the district court erred in admitting a transcript of lost tapes; and 3) the statute of limitations had run before defendant was brought to trial.
