Torres-Arroyo v. Rullan, 03-2722

Judgment and award of no damages for plaintiffs on their claims that political discrimination spurred the non-renewal of their government contracts is affirmed where plaintiffs waived virtually all of their claims of error and their only properly preserved claim of evidentiary error lacks merit.
