Defendant's conviction and sentence for conspiracy to distribute marijuana, money laundering, and related offenses is affirmed over his claims of error regarding: 1) sufficiency of the evidence; 2) Brady violation; 3) admission of evidence; 4) jury instruction; 5) improper testimony; 6) prosecutorial misconduct; and 7) forfeiture and sentencing errors; a limited remand is ordered pursuant to Booker.
