Rosario-Urdaz v. Velazco, 04-2292, 04-2293

Dismissal of plaintiff's damage claims for political discrimination and grant of injunctive relief restoring plaintiff to her career position is affirmed in a civil rights suit under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 where there was no error in the district court's findings.
