Diaz v. American Airlines, Inc., 04-2277

Dismissal of plaintiff's claim for decedent's benefits pursuant to the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) as a sanction for disobeying a court order is affirmed where there was no abuse of discretion in the dismissal due to plaintiffs' repeated and unexplained recalcitrance.
