United States First Circuit

US v. Saccoccia, 04-2669

Order of contempt against appellants, a pair of criminal defense attorneys, regarding their acceptance of legal fees from a client, defendant, in the face of an earlier protective order restraining the client from disbursing certain assets is reversed where the protective order at issue did not clearly and unambiguously enjoin appellants from accepting the attorneys' fees in question.
