Torres-Vargas v. Pereira, 05-1302

Dismissal of plaintiff's discrimination claims against his employer with prejudice as a sanction is affirmed where plaintiff had a record of dilatory discovery responses, did not comply with an unambiguous court order, and blatantly misrepresented the status of his discovery responses.
