Arturet-Velez v. R.J. Reynolds, 04-2578

Dismissal of a wrongful death suit against tobacco companies pursuant to the statute of limitations is affirmed where plaintiff's addiction claim was merely a part of a larger claim for wrongful death based upon the well known dangers of tobacco.
