Velez-Diaz v. Vega-Irizarry, 04-1773

In an action resulting from the wrongful death of an FBI agent, the district court erred in denying the individual defendants qualified immunity from plaintiff's claim pursuant to Bivens v. Six Unknown Federal Narcotics Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971), which alleged a violation of the Fifth Amendment.
