Dimmitt v. Ockenfels, 04-1618

In a suit alleging that police used excessive force, summary judgment in favor of defendant-police is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion when it did not excuse plaintiff's counsel's failure to timely file a U.S. Dist. Ct. Local R 56(c) counterstatement.
