FENTON v. JOHN HANCOCK MUT. LIFE INS. CO., 02-1960

In a suit for early retirement benefits, summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs-former employees is reversed where defendant-employer properly asserts that the 1995 Restatement to its pension plan constitutes the governing plan document in this case.
