AIR LINE PILOTS ASS'N v. GUILFORD TRANSP. INDUS., 04-2409
An injunction issued against defendant, prohibiting it from operating large aircraft in commercial service during the negotiation of changes to the parties' collective bargaining agreement, is vacated where the district court erred in its determination that plaintiff was likely to succeed on the merits of its claims.
