WHALEN v. MASS. TRIAL COURT, 04-1976

Dismissal of plaintiff's suit, alleging his procedural due process rights were violated when he was not given an opportunity to contest his selection for layoff, is affirmed where the district court properly determined that defendants were entitled to summary judgment.
