LITTLEFIELD v. ACADIA INS. CO., 04-1751, 04-1778

Enforcement of a provision in a yacht insurance policy, which excludes coverage for "any loss, damage, or liability willfully, intentionally or criminally cause or incurred by an insured person," against an insured convicted of criminally negligent homicide for his involvement in a fatal boat collision, does not render coverage illusory.
