US v. FEMALE JUVENILE, A.F.S., 03-2171

In a drug case involving a minor, the government successfully argued that the district court erred in dismissing the case for lack of jurisdiction, however, the dismissal was affirmed on grounds that the government's failure to bring defendant to trial within a thirty-day period violated her rights speedy trial rights.
