MURATORE v. DARR, 03-2179

The Court affirmed dismissal of a bankruptcy action for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, finding that, since the claim was originally brought in bankruptcy court, the plaintiff must obtain leave of the bankruptcy court or bankruptcy authority before commencing the lawsuit in the district court.
