BOSTON'S CHILDREN FIRST v. CITY OF BOSTON, 03-2021

Claiming that defendant's race-conscious assignment system violated children's rights under the Equal Protection clause, the Court applied the rational basis review standard and found that defendant's satisfied the requirements of the reasonableness test.
