United States First Circuit

US v. MEDINA-ROMAN, 03-1065

Although the district court's recitation of the elements of the crime were less than ideal, the Court affirmed the defendant's guilty plea, as the colloquy was constitutionally sufficient to ensure that defendant made an intelligent plea.
