Parnets of a disabled child who attened a Catholic elementary school, unsuccessfully asserted that the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act was unconstitutional because of the difference in treatment of their disabled son, who attened a religious school, from other disabled students, attending public schools, violates the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment.
