HOULT v. HOULT, 02-2128

Defendant unsuccessfully appeals the ruling that his pension plan funds could be reached to pay a civil judgment owed a third party who he molested as a child, because ERISA's anti-alienation provision does not apply where funds have already been disbursed to the plan beneficiary.
