US v. LLINAS, 01-1799

Defendant's conviction for conspiracy to possess narcotics with intent to distribute and intentional use of a communication device in facilitating the conspiracy was affirmed, because there was sufficient evidence to convict, and the court did not err allowing the prosecution to present alibi rebuttal testimony.
