Under Mass. Gen. Laws chapter 151B, a corporation can be held liable for discrimination when neutral decisionmakers, free of any age-based animus, rely on information that is manipulated by another employee who harbors age-based discriminatory animus. Judgment for defendants is vacated and remanded.
