United States First Circuit

COSME-ROSADO v. SERRANO-RODRIGUEZ, 02-1600

Because plaintiffs-landowners violated Local Rule 311.12 by failing to provide a supported factual basis for their claims, the District Court properly relied on the supported facts set forth in defendant's statement. Summary judgment for defendant on plaintiffs' due process and political discrimination claims is affirmed.
