United States First Circuit

US v. CASTRO-GOMEZ, 01-2334

Defendant's conviction for his role in a cocaine importation scheme is affirmed; district court did not err in denying his request for a duress instruction. His failure to summon law enforcement officials to protect himself and his family deprived him of the opportunity to press a duress offense.
