LOMBARD v. US, 03-1430

Remote descendants of a man who, until his death in 1873, owned property that is now part of the Cape Cod National Seashore, unsuccessfully appeal a district court decision upholding a 1964 state court judgment clearing title in favor of the individual from whom the US bought the land in 1962.
