United States First Circuit

US v. CRUZ-RIVERA, 03-1012, 03-1013, 03-1014

Two defendants unsuccessfully attack their guilty pleas concerning a robbery affecting interstate commerce and causing death. Problems with the plea colloquy do not warrant relief; the guilty plea waived the argument concerning the limits imposed by the Commerce Clause on the reach of federal criminal statutes.
