CASTILLO v. MATESANZ, 01-2166

Denial of a habeas petition seeking relief from the denial of a motion for a new trial in the state court is affirmed where the trial court's denial of defense counsel's motion for a continuance at the beginning of the trial did not violate petitioner's due process or Sixth Amendment right to counsel.
