Dismissal of claims alleging a violation Puerto Rican antitrust statute, 10 P.R. Laws Ann. section 264, for conspiring to destroy competition for chemical protective clothing in Puerto Rico is affirmed where section 264 only applies as an anti-dumping statute, forbidding the sale of goods at lower prices, not at higher prices.
